Love it…. So much “common sense” in these 17 steps but yet to actually practice n use the steps and apply in appropriate situations is priceless… I’d add role play as well n work w kids prior to a situation that u know will be challenging, like going shopping, going to doctor, pretty much every situation u involve your kids in… Incorporate role play in your routine n they won’t think twice about it n they know what u expect…. Also try to teach flexibility. Bc even the best plans or routines can change for one reason or another. Kids need to be aware this happens n be ok w plans changing. Like telling them u can watch a movie later n come to find out the washer overflowed n made a mess throughout the house so movie time gets cancelled bc you’re cleaning up a water mess for 4 hours, etc
